Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting SDF-NGO. We value every donation and support we receive. However, due to the nature of charitable donations, we follow the guidelines below:

1. Donation Refunds

Donations made to SDF-NGO are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered if:

• The donation was made in error.
• The donor’s account was debited multiple times for a single donation.
• To request a refund, please contact us at info@sdf-ngo.com within 7 days of your donation with proof of transaction.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a recurring donation or made a contribution by mistake, please inform us immediately through email.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
